Effect of the Power-Ups:

C - Brings the next target closer
F - Brings up a loop of fire to shoot through, doubles the points earned
B - The bullseye area pulses big to small
P - Punchbag Bob appears with an apple on his head, shoot at the apple.

I have read that you can combine power-ups. But, so far I have been unable to get two Bulleye's in a game to test this theory. If you get a bullseye on your last shot you get another shot and can continue until you fail to get another bullseye.
