I found out something wonderful, a fast way to increase your pets mood. 1. Get a toy 2. Click on it 3. Click on play with your pet 4. Do not close and refresh 5. Right click and pick the option of refresh and keep on refreshing for 1 minute. When you check on your pets mood it should be delighted. There is no need to keep on closing and refreshing or going to all sorts of places to improve your pets mood fast and it only takes a short time :)
