~purple gem: +50 points

~red gems: empulse - sends out circular energy destroys ships - not comet in 2 square radius

~white gem: extra ship

~green gem: cloak - enemies can't see you but can run into you randomly

~blue gem: downgrades enemies - comet disappears

Type empulse during game to get the energy wave destroying ships in 2 square radius. (Only works once.)

Main tip for playing - restart game until you get either a purple or white gem to get you off to a good start.
