About me: I love all pets real and virtual. I have a 15-year-old, longhair tortoiseshell cat. I have also been taking care of my mom's 7-year-old Boston Terrier (she is a sweetheart) since my dad passed away in September.

I found out about Neopets last New Years from my best friend's daughter. I took some time off, but I really missed it. My nickname, sunny, comes from graduate school at GA Tech, because I was always smiling. It was my handle on the network talk program. I used to spend hours on that computer too :); instead of writing my thesis! I really enjoy computer games. I try to have a SUNSHINEY DAY no matter what the weather is. I do prefer summer over winter and would love to live near the beach. ;)
