Family info: Married, 8 children, 16 grandchildren, and a dog named Sarge. Only the dog is at home now except when the grandkids visit.

About me: I am married to a wonderful Vietnam veteran. We are very active in the Military Order of the Purple Heart, an organization for combat wounded vets. I am a veteran advocate, volunteer at the VA hospital and am a POW/MIA activist. I have a website called Firebase Freedom which is devoted to veteran issues.

Currently I am a property manager for an apartment complex, licensed in real estate after spending too many years in retail sales. I have several licenses/certifications in the property management field. My husband is retired due to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder so he is currently a house-husband who does all the work around the house, leaving me a LOT of computer time.

When not at the computer, I enjoy reading, mostly Stephen King books and true life crime. I also enjoy working in the yard with my flowers. I also love to cuddle with hubby in front of a nice fire on those cold Michigan winter nights.

I have played many online games, mostly RPGs, but am enjoying NeoPets very much. I am new but am learning, thanks to the help from other members of this guild.
